Hughes & Kettner Statesman Dual EL34 - 50 watt valve amp head

The twin EL34 tubes that sit at the heart of this beautiful little creature are integral to the British rock sound as we know it today. The Hughes and Kettner Statesman leans heavily into this heritage, giving you pure valve tone at the turn of a dial. This doesn't mean they forgot the present though, and this thing still has all the controls you'd expect from a modern amp, including dual-channel EQ, "twang" and "boost" modes, series and parallel effects loops, and a clean-sounding reverb control with separate levels for the clean and overdrive channels. One neat little feature of this amp is the last owner replaced two of the dials with dice. Maybe they lost the original dials, or maybe they were just feeling lucky. Either way, we think it looks pretty cool!
