Selling on Behalf – Gokula Music Consignment Policy
We offer a consignment service for musicians looking to sell their instruments through our store.
A $100 monthly fee (paid upfront) secures a display spot in our shop. Renewals are available if you’d like to extend your listing.
Gokula Music takes a 10% commission from the final sale price.
Our team will help you determine a fair and competitive sale price based on market trends and instrument condition.
Each consigned item will be featured on our website for added exposure.
Instruments can be serviced, restrung, or professionally set up in-store to ensure they’re in top condition for sale (service fees apply).
All fees and services are subject to GST.

Additional Terms:
The instrument remains the property of the owner until sold.
All items are checked and listed by Gokula Music staff for accuracy and condition.
We do not offer returns or refunds on behalf-of sales.
Payment is processed through our store, and the owner receives proceeds after sale.
Gokula Music reserves the right to decline consignment items—but we’ll always do our best to offer guidance or alternative suggestions.
