Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our business, All sales are final unless otherwise required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Items are sold ‘as-is’ and may show signs of previous use. We strive to make accurate descriptions of the item’s condition and functionality.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind.

 

However, we will provide a remedy if the item is faulty or not as described. 

To request a remedy

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receipt or delivery
  • Include your order number and details of the issue
  • We may request photos or return of the item in-store for an assessment.
