Trade Policy

Gokula Music offers trade-ins for customers who have already purchased gear from us in the past.

Trading gives our clients the opportunity to pass down their unused gear to the next player, while upgrading to what better suits their needs.

Here’s how it works:

Valuation:

1.     To determine the value of your items, our team may require a minimum of 24 hours for an overall assessment of the item/s history, condition and use. This may mean the item is left with our team during this time.

2.     Once evaluated, we will notify you of the total.

3.     We can offer half of the item/s second-hand value to be used in store.

4.     Should you accept, the total is credited to your name in our system.

 

Purchasing:

1.     Upon your next purchase, you may use a portion or the total of your credit to go towards anything in store priced above $500.

2.     For any remaining credit, your total will be recorded in our system to be used for up to a year following the date of your trade.
