Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 days following the confirmation of your payment. Due to the nature of our business, we take extra care to package each item securely, ensuring it arrives in its expected condition.

We ship nationwide using NZ Post. Orders are shipped Wednesday to Saturday during our store hours (Sunday shipping is unavailable as NZ Post is closed). Once your order is sent, you’ll receive an allocated tracking number. Standard delivery typically takes around 2–5 business days.

Click and Collect

Click and Collect is also available for free from our home store in Newmarket. You’re welcome to drive down outside the shop to receive your order.

Damages

Please contact us within 7 days regarding any damage claims. Each case is investigated individually and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.


Returns

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
